I have charged my Versa for over 24 hours and can’t get it to turn on. I’ve read the help forum and tried pushing all of the buttons simultaneously, but all I get is a grey screen, then it goes black. Can anyone help? Thank you! I wear this watch 24 hours and I’ve only had it since October 2018.
