Battery wont charge and screen wont come on.

I have left my versa on charge for 3 days. It blinks on and off while on charge. It only has 2% battery after 3 days. When I remove it off the charger it automatically turns off. I tried to do a factor reset while it was turned on but it didn't happen. When I press and hold the buttons down nothing happens, nothing vibrates and nothing pops up. I really haven't been able to enjoy this device. HELP

Versa won't charge and the face of the phone is black. It won't turn on or register the clock face. I need help
