Beats Pro disconect when playing music for under 30 seconds

New user, just purchased the Versa. all set up /updated and connected on wifi and blue tooth. Phone connected on Bluetooth OK Beats Pro connected on Bluetooth ok.

Select Beats 3 as headphones then plays music from versa. within 30 seconds of playing music I get beep bop in my headphones and music stops. look at versa and in music says no headphones connected.

reset watch, disconnected phone disconnected Bluetooth no joy. happens repeatedly exactly the same every time. might just take it back.

@Jersey_uk Have you tried turning off the bluetooth on your phone and checking if Versa will keep the connection with Beats alive?

Hi @Marrrmaduke thanks for your reply, yes tried that, and everything else on other posts.

three button reset, turn BT of phone, reset BT, delete and re add, restart headphones, delete everything and start again. if all fails try option 1.

other than taking it back, cant think of anything else to do.

Worthless piece of junk at moment.

@Jersey_uk Have you tried using other BT audio device? Like BT speaker or other headset? It would be good to figure out if it's the connection or perhaps these two devices do not get along...
