Been wearing for less than a week and screen is totally scratched up

I pre-ordered my screen and I've been wearing the watch for less than a week and the screen is all scratched from just regular wear and tear. - Not cracked but deep scratches. By normal wear I mean there were scratches from the zipper on my purse when I reach in it. another bracelet I wear on the same wrist, brush against the hallway wall carrying a laundry baset etc..  no way it holds up out on a trail run or biking etc.

 

Probably could be avoided if they had a screen cover/film but to my knowledge they don't exist. I purchased via Amazon so I will be reaching out to see if they will just take it back because of the poor quality.

Amazon is usually good on returns... just request refund and say it's damaged . 

 

They do have screen protectors for fitbit devices though.. search on amazon, there are plenty

Yeap that's what I did and Amazon took it back no questions asked. Way better customer service than Fit Bit who just basically didn't believe me and called me a liar.
