Best way to track weight lifting workout on Versa 2 for Fitness Pal

I see that I can select the option on my Versa 2 to track either workout or weight lifting. I am in a gym lifting weights and doing a few workouts, which exercise should I select. I want to make sure I am tracking it the best I can so when I manually put it in Fitness Pal it is as close as possible to being correct. I hate that I cannot track it in Fitness Pal, but not sure what else to do.
