Beta weather provider! Go to settings to change.

Where in settings can I change from Beta weather provider, Beta doesn't provide info for my area

I’m not versed on the beta weather app but I can tell you where you can find the standard weather app that should be installed into your Fitbit Versa 2. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2. Now tap gallery. Next scroll down and tap weather. Here is where you should find the weather app provided by Fitbit. You can access the settings as well as the app permissions for the weather here as well.

Thank you for your reply. Yes this is to change my weather app. What isn't
working is the weather on my clock face. I think I have to choose a
different clock, one that hasn't got beta weather or maybe there is one
with weather that is available for my area.

I see….yes, you should just change the clock face. Which can be done in the Fitbit App Gallery as well. There’s tons of clock faces available. You can type in something benign, such as just “weather”, in the magnifying glass search bar in the gallery and pick out something different that way. I know a person on here named @Guy_  who makes clock faces. I tagged him here so maybe he might be able to suggest a good one for you that can suit your needs. 😃

Hi @Cherbear8 - for the clock face you have there may be settings.

To check, click profile photo, device photo and select the clock face you are using  - there may be Settings and Permissions which you can adjust.

If it is not working and you like this face you can also contact the developer at the bottom of the description to ask.

There may be over 500 clock faces in the Gallery with weather showing so if you don't get any response choose another face.

It should be noted that watch faces that require the internet permission may use slightly more watch and phone battery and may not be totally secure because there is no control over what else they do on the internet as well as weather.
