Beyond Frustrated with My Versa Battery life

I have read several topics on the life of the battery and what to do to fix it. My question is then what is the point of having all of these features if you can't use them???? Many of those very features are the reason why I choose and stay with FitBit. FitBit advertises 4+ days.......not even close. My Blaze which I loved is two years old and the battery lasted longer then my brand new Versa (I used it the same way).

You get one warning that tells you it is low. Then it is just dead nothing. So here I sit at work with a dead fitbit. No two fitbits even have the same charger.

 

I am just very frustrated right now. I love fitbit and have owned one since 2014. Now I am deciding whether or not it is worth the money. 😞

I agree. I bought the Versa for its advertised battery life and functions and we shouldn’t have to turn off everything just to get a longer battery life. 4 days battery life should be with every function on. My battery life was good the first week or so then it started declining then it wouldn’t turn on. I got my replacement so I’m gonna see how long the battery will last. I know it will be good at least the first week. Maybe you can exchange for another one?

I actually contacted them today. They said to fully charge it and see how
it acts. I guess they did something on their end? But if this doesn’t work
out I’ll be looking for a replacement. So disappointing.

I feel the exact same way.  I am a long time FitBit wearer (Charge, Charge HR, Blaze and now Versa).  I switched from Blaze to Versa for 2 reasons - longer battery life and waterproof.  I am having serious thoughts of returning this product.  I haven't yet researched all of the related topics, but am frustrated with having to charge the Versa more often than I charged my Blaze.  I agree with you...why have all of these features and not be able to use them?  Very disappointed in FitBit right now - this product is terrible.

 

And off topic, but why can't they make something that looks a little more feminine?

I had a live chat with them and they asked me to charge my Fitbit
completely and in the mean time sync with the app 4-5 times a day for 2
days. I don’t know what he did, but it worked! My battery is exactly how
it’s advertised to be now. My advice is to live chat with them!
