My Versa lite showed a large drop in my breathing rate last night which is very unusual and anxiety provoking for me. First time I’ve ever saw my rate so low. I did have pizza and wings early yesterday evening which is something I don’t normally eat and did wake up with a lot of acid that come up, I seldom ever have acid reflux. I don’t know if this was a fluke or my actual rate? My other stats were fine. I feel ok just anxious seeing such a low rate especially 8 when i average sixteen to seventeen

@Rocky444 I don't get concerned when I get an odd number once. I think you should keep an eye on this and see if it happens over and over again. Fitbit calculates your breathing rate because of a periodic small change in our heart rates as we inhale and exhale. You can get an error if you sleep with your wrist in an odd position.
