Will track my movements and show route if I walk. When I use the bike it will not track my route and then adds steps to my total. What's up with this?

I'll be happy to help you getting your Versa Lite tracking your bike route. I would like you to confirm that you're either logging it using SmartTrack or the exercise app. Could you let me know if you're using SmartTrack or the Exercise app?

I would like you to reply to the following questions:
- Does your watch crash and therefore stops recording the activity?
- How long were you biking?
- Were you listening to music?
- Do you have exercise goals set?

Hi, my watch does not crash, anything else works perfectly. Usually I bike approx. 1.5 hours, never listen to music and have no goals set.
When I bike 1.5 hours the watch tracks approx. half the route and also only half the time. The GPS- Signal doesn't reach the watch.

hello i have the same problem as of today 06/06/2020 i have the latest firmware installed and while using the bike exercise app it does not track my route and i have lost the option to share my activities via the relive app when i press share it does not appear anymore do we have any updates on a possible fix?
