Bike ride: Versa & FitBit app records 11.97 miles Strava 15.11 miles the correct distance.

Hi Peeps,

Anyone else getting this on Bike Rides? 

Versa & Fitbit recording less miles than you actually covered?! I know - shocking!

Calorie burn is way out 'not even close' on FitBit app too. 

Still no 'credit being given when it is due' for miles cycled to my dashboard either.

This is so frustrating.  Strava is linked via FitBit yet there is no correlation at all between workouts! 

I too wear a MyZone during workouts. 

Strava & MyZone are so close continuity in their stats it is not worth picking over he differences. 

Just my dear old Versa & FitBit app that is not!

There is no correlation stats & workout data between FitBit & Myzone or Strava at all.  Not even close.

Come on FitBit! If MyZone, Apple, Garmin, Polar, etc.,'your competitors' can record Bike Rides correctly?

What is problem? 

Why can't you FitBit do the same?

Was there a good GPS connection vendor the complete ride? 

Have you tried without having 3-4 apps tryingb

Yes solid GPS. Set Versa:' BIKE'  Connecting = connected & set off.

FitBit maintains connection 'checked regular during ride' with full  mapping as shown end of workout.

Strava is linked via FitBit app.

Correlation mileage FitBit v Strava is not the same.

Not even close.

No other apps running.   

No mileage is recorded to dashboard 'daily totals'.
