I turned on the "Bike" option under "exercise" but by the end of it all, it wasn't recording the distance and there is no GPS mapped. Pls help. How can I set it up? Thanks

Versa doesnt have inbuilt GPS to get a map you need to take your phone and use the app to start the exercise, however the GPS option is not there for bike, so you would have to use run or hike. If you want to try this, in your app tap the exercise tile (running man) then tap the stopwatch icon in the top right. Then select the Tracking tab and you can set it up there. @Summer74 if your reffering to the auto detect bike option, this doesn't have the ability to measure distance.

You will need, as @NellyG suggests, to use the multisport mode called Bike with the phone near you. 

This is all explained in the user manual.
