Biking and mileage tracking

Yesterday I biked 32 miles and my versa did not record these miles in my mileage. I use Strava and strava tracks but I would like to see my dashboard mileage show 32 Miles?

I've had the exact same issue since I got this watch. I contacted fitbit and they advised to try several things but same issue occurs. I bike alot so this watch is basically usless for me

I had the charge 2 and also did not track biking. Versa does connect with strava but has been doubling my miles?
