I've been using my Versa 3 almost a year, never had any problems with it. This morning I noticed that the flashing green and red lights on the back aren't flashing and my watch isn't tracking any biometric data. My sleep from last night wasn't tracked, no heart rate, etc. It is still counting steps, but nothing else. I followed all the steps I found on here. Turned off HR monitoring, restarted, turned it back on, full factory reset, restarted again. Nothing is working. Any ideas?

Hi @GetNFit91764 - you can't turn off HR monitoring on a Versa 3. Are you sure that is your watch?
If you did a factory reset successfully did you reinstall it fully?
Is it fully charged and does the display show anything?

Thanks for the help, I contacted tech support. Unfortunately, my device went to FitBit heaven, they're sending me a warranty replacement.
