I've been struggling to get the bitmoji/snapchat clock face connected to my watch...its been stuck on connected preparing to teleport for the longest time...any suggestions?

I just wanted to bump this thread. I just got done with fitbit support. And they advise me that this was a known issue that their developers were working on.

When I asked where I can track their efforts or receive updates. They pointed me to the fitbit community here. But not a specific threat or anything I can follow.

I have a fitbit versa 3. That has this exact same issue.
