Bitmoji Watch Face won’t connect account

HI

 I downloaded the bitmoji watch face to my versa lite. It installed but when I try to click on the button to link my snap/bitmoji account, nothing happened. I tried this repeatedly now, and about a month ago. I have the latest iOS (13.1.2) and the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. Please Help!

Hi @Djscribbles , not only I would suggest you to do not use this CF cause it leads to a lot of other problems, but also this: you have upgraded to iOS13. Fitbit is aware of problems with this update and the Fitbit synchronization and notifications and are working very hard for a solution for this problem. Go to Customer Support and you will see a notification of Fitbit about this problem. On top of the screen on the right side you will also see "Read More". Click that link and see if that solves your problems. Mind though, this is a temporary solution, once Fitbit has resolves this problem, it will be announced on their site. regards kuzibri
