I recently started wearing my Versa 2.  I have always loved my Bitmoj face.  It now won’t work.  There  is a large banner advertising it on the watch face page.  I have followed all the steps I have found in these forums numerous times.  It will not load.  I know it is a known problem. Please get the bugs worked out.  Fitbit has always been awesome and it appears Googles support is well below standard.
