Anyone else having trouble getting their clothing change to sync to the bitmoji clock face? I've changed the outfit on bitmoji, it's showing up in bitmoji and snapchat but won't update on my versa.

@NadineG It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the Bitmoji outfit issues that you are experiencing with your Versa.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, uninstall Bitmoji from your Versa and install it again. You can find the instructions in this help page for future references. Once Bitmoji is install, try changing the outfit again and see if the issue gets fixed.

This happened to me yesterday as well. I didnt reset the versa, but I selected a different clock face then re selected the bitmoji clock, then you have to re connect your clock face and put in your snap credentials and this should work.

That is a lot of work. In other apps that use bitmoji, the outfit changes when you change in bitmoji.

I am having a very same issue. I have tried countless times to get this to work. I even uninstalled and reinstalled bitmoji. I updated my avatar to make it more realistic and I changed the outfit. It updates It update automatically on my stickers that I use in messages but it will not update in Versa. Extremely frustrating. I'm already on my second Versa Lite because the first one stopped linking all together. Not feeling much love for it right now.

This does not work. I've updated Bitmoji, Snapchat, Fitbit. I've removed, re-added, synced, restarted everything I can. It does not work. My Bitmoji does not update to my current one.

I had the same problem. You have to change the clock face to something else and then change it back. Then, you go to the settings and press sync. After it says that it's synced on your phone, it might still take a while for it to register on your watch but it will eventually change.

Unfortunately, it won't even sync on my phone. I just tried it again and kept the display on for 10 minutes while it tried to transfer. I don't understand why it's still not working for me! Thank you for trying to help! I'll try again later and see if a change in wifi helps.

This happens to me all the time. I have found that when I start the '"sync" that the % progress will just stop. I then turn bluetooth off on my phone, wait a few seconds, turn it back on, and then the % moves quickly and finishes. It sounds crazy... but it works consistently for me.

This was affecting me as well... So I was upset with the idea that I had to delete and reinstall the app...
Syncing my bitmoji's new look in the settings option in the bitmoji clockface worked for me. It took a min but I was happy to see I didn't need to delete and reinstall.
I also changed my clock face and changed it back before I did this but that didn't help.

I finally got it to work! I uninstalled and left it alone for a week. Then I reinstalled the app and it FINALLY updated!

I am in the settings on the clockface in my phone in the app. It will change the background for me but not my look on my watch. The little emoji in the clock face settings is changed but not my phone. I am so darned frustrated!!!!!
I also spent over an hour chatting online because I can't receive test messages on my watch either. Too much time and money spent on this.

This worked for me! I was getting so frustrated, but after I clicked on the Sync Bitmoji button it finally fixed it. Thanks!!
