Bitmoji clock face won’t update with my new look

I wanted to change my Bitmoji image after changing my hair which has been changed in Snapchat and bitmoji. But it still shows the old image of me on my Versa 2

Me too. I have followed step by step according to fit bit. No updated bitmoji.

There are several  reports about the Bitmoji clock face having issues. From my understanding it’s  been reported to Fitbit as a bug.

😃 I realize this is not the answer you were looking for nor does it address the issue but I hope it has indeed answered that it’s a known problem that’s being looked at. Individuals are also having troubles downloading the Bitmoji Clock Face in general as well.

It’s a shame as when I first had it seemed to work I still have it on my versa2 but really want to update my look!!

Me too. Fitbit has issues from time to time. Takes forever to fix. Took 2 years to be able to delete old messages.

Actually just realised it’s not the messages it’s the notifications which go back years l!!! And none are recent!

I knew what you meant. It was my problem as well. I have an android. I am
now able to hold down on message on left side, few seconds a delete comes
up. I cleared 2 plus years. One.at.a. times. Took awhile
