Bitmoji on Versa 2 won't change my avatar

Bitmoji stuck on teleworking. I've done ALL there is to do. Disconnecting the two accts(Bitmoji and snapchat) and reconnecting.  The Bitmoji clock face will come up but it's my old avatar and not the new one. What I mean by that is that I've changed some things on my Avatar yet when it goes to my watch it's not showing those changes. This is the first time this has happened to me with this clock face. It's always teleported fine with the changes.

What's going on?

Hi there, @sburkeen19. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with Bitmoji before reaching out.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the issue persists after the restart, see Bitmoji’s help article or our blog post Bitmoji and Fitbit Clock Face Partnership for troubleshooting steps.

Hope that helps.

Yes. I did that

Could it possibly have something to do with the chosen outfit?  I've had that happen every time I've tried to change my avatar to an outfit supporting the New England Patriots.  When I change it to Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, or anything else, it transfers fine, it's only with the Patriots outfit that it has issues.

Ohh...okay. Thanks! I like changing outfits with the seasons. In my
frustration I changed the clock face to the SPO2 signature and I must say
I'm liking it! Though I still loved the encouragement of my bitmoji. 😞
