Bitmoji watch face ruined my Versa

I decided to install the bitmoji watch face on my Versa, but had to change it when the whole watch started glitching out. Full static green and white screen, my watch vibrating at random as it decided to cycle through my stats without me touching it, and not being able to see texts on the watch face as they came in due to glitching that left the whole screen green. I changed it to another watch face and the same problems persisted. I did a factory reset and now my watch is very slow to respond and when I click the left button the screen just stays blank. Never had any problems until the Bitmoji watch face. I have an IPhone X as my syncing device. Is there any way to fix this? Or do I need to get ahold of someone through Fitbit to get a new watch?

I do not think its the Bitmoji clock face mainly because you changed it to another watch face and its still happening.

I have use the Bitmoji watch face since it came out with not problems. Something else is wrong with your Devise

Have you done a restart?  Do it 3 times

If it does not help
