I changed my clock face from Bitmoji to another clock face. I have searched, followed posted directions, reset, uninstalled and reinstalled my Versa. I also made sure never to select an option to permanently delete my Bitmoji from Fitbit.
In addition my weather is not showing on my Versa from my Fitbit.
These features are not trouble shooting friendly. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with the weather synching from my Fitbit app to my versa.
I forgot to mention my call/text notifications stopped working on my wristband. This all occurred the same time I selected a different clockface, other than the Bitmoji.*

Hello @SteppingAK.
Thanks for sharing all of those details on the issues you are experiencing and what you have tried to get them to work.
From what you are seeing it seems like the Fitbit isn't syncing correctly. My recommendation would be that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. That should help with the notifications and thus with the other two issues you have mentioned.
Keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any other questions.

I also lost notifications to my Versa once I changed to the Bitmoji clock face.

Hi, did you change your Clock Face to one developed by Fitbit itself? If not, do so and restart your Versa. I always recommend users to stay far away from the Bitmoji clock Face cause I've read and seen only a lot of troubles with it. Type in the search bar of the Versa board Bitmoji problems and you will see a lot of topics about it. Hope this will solve all of your problems once installing a Clock Face made by Fitbit itself. Good luck!!

That's a bummer.. it's disappointing to have issues due to changing the clockface. Mine is NOT fixed yet. To many steps to fix and there are some OR ALL I have already done.
I think there something wrong with Bitmoji that created a domino affect of other issues!

The Bitmoji clock face is listed as a Fitbit face.

you're right about that, Bitmoji is a disaster. I only can advice you two things:
1. restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the keys. After that change your clock face to one of Fitbit itself.
2.If this does not solve your problem, perform a Factory Reset. Before doing that sync your Versa with your phone so you will not loose any data. Click the link and you will find all the needed information about it.

I know, but it's a disaster. Look it up in the search bar of the Versa Board and you will find only negative topics about it. I have personally digged deep into this and that's why I always suggest to stay away ftom this clock face. It's not only causing a lot of problems, but also drains your battery like hell. Just a misfit from Fitbit, although I have to state in all honesty that's the first one from Fitbit regarding Clock Faces.

I'm sad about that. It's a fun clock choice

I cannot make it any different, sadly enough. But luckily there are a lot of very good clock faces in the Gallery. I use one with a size of only 14 kB with a lot of awesome customizations and my Versa lastst at least 5 days one one charge.

I changed my clock face to the layers. Now I still don't get the notifications to my Fitbit and I lost the watch icon from my dashboard. This is very frustrating How did I do that?

@jovimomma @SteppingAK I'm sorry for the late response. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved.
In the meantime, please let me know what is the brand and model of your phones.
Looking forward to your responses!
