I got everything ready and connected my Fitbit to my snapchat/bitmoji. Now it is stuck at 0% teleporting. It has been stuck for over 30 min. I have turned my phone and device off then back on. I have a strong internet connection. My watch face just has the "thinking" circle on it now. Please help. The progress is still updating on the app so I know they are connected.

Fitbit Update: 4/11
Hey Versa fam! Thanks so much for all your troubleshooting efforts. I know you're all eager and excited to have this on your Versa.
We're aware that some of you may have experienced difficulty getting the Bitmoji clockface on to your Versa. Seems like most of you have been able to resolve the issue, but a few of you are still getting stuck at a 2% download. Our team is actively looking into this and we will let you know once we've released a fix.
In the meantime, if you haven't yet please take a look at our list of troubleshooting recommendations in my post here. Also, from what I've been reading most of you found success after uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app from your mobile device. Please give that a go as your last resort.
Don't forget we also have these resources: How do I install the Bitmoji clockface? and our Bitmoji Blog post.

Well I followed every single step of instructions, uninstall, reinstall, updated, unpaired and even did a factory reset of my Versa light. I even made new Snapchat and bitmoji accounts to see if that was the problem. Absolutely nothing is working and I'm still at 2% so I guess I'm just one of those unlucky ones that's going to wait until y'all do a fix 🙂 can't wait, it really looks like a lot of fun!

I even tried a full factory reset last night. Still stuck at 2%. I wonder how long it will take Fitbit to fix this

I did all the uninstall reinstall restarting etc many times and it eventually worked.
I think having a strong connection is also a must with nothing else interfering.

Any suggestions if after trying to connect to snapchat, I press "Continue" to go back to the app and I just get a white screen that loads but goes no where, ever, for hours?
I have tried all the fixes given, multiple times, but it never gets passed this point and never goes back to the app. It never even gets to the trying to "teleport" the data that everyone else is talking about.

Unfortunately, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app almost a dozen times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Snapchat app. I have unconnected every Fitbit device from the app. I have unpaired every Bluetooth device from my phone. I have restarted my phone, restarted my Fitbit, and done a factory reset of my Fitbit. I have done this in a variety of combinations. I think the issue must be on fitbits side at this point, as I haven't seen anything I haven't tried more than once as a fix.
