This is my second Versa. The first one I had to return to Best Buy because I had to reset it every day otherwise the notifications wouldn't clear. I didn't have any problems switching out the bands and it only took seconds.
My replacement however has been a nightmare (band-wise.) It is easier to put the purple cloth band on, but still more difficult than my first one. However, One side of the black band will go in, but the other side it's as if the pin is too long and no matter what you do it won't click in. I've even had a few other people try it. Also how do I contact Fitbit for replacement band?

Let me help you with your Versa band. Where did you get this band? Is is an official Fitbit wristband? Remember that Fitbit's warranty only covers Fitbit products. I have created a ticket so Support can further assist you via email.

I'm sorry I didn't see an email. It is an official Fitbit band that came in the box, purchased at Best Buy. I will check my email again.
