Hi all, I saw a previous post that said to restart the versa if the screen goes blank.
I tried to hold the left button and the bottom right button at the same time for over 10 seconds, but the Fitbit icon never came up!! Screen is still blank...
Someone recommended holding down all three buttons at the same time. He had to do it for three minutes before it worked. My screen went blank last night. When holding down two buttons didn't work, I held down three buttons. It turned on in a minute.
My Versa had vertical lines. When I held all 3 buttons down for about 1 minute it came back on but so did the vertical lines. Now My screen is black. I know it's charged so that's not it. Help
