After I updated my Fitbit versa my watch completely died, I tried to charge it but still nothing. I tried the reset and now it is going back and forth between the logo and a black screen and still nothing.

I’m having the same problem. My versa will work while on charger, but will turn off after a couple of minutes off the charger. It had a full charge. I’ve managed to do a factory reset, remove it from my Fitbit app, then re-add it, but that’s done nothing. It’s not a syncing issue; it’s definitely a battery issue.
