I just purchased this Versa Lite only 6 months ago and it now has a black screen. I have tried leaving it on the charger for 8+ hours - nothing. I have tried pushing and holding the side button - nothing. I have tried syncing it with the app on my phone (iPhone XS) - it can't find it. I purchased this after having the EXACT SAME THING happen with my Fitbit Blaze that wasn't very old either. This is making me think these devices are overpriced and not made to last anymore. Can't get through to the customer support line - been on hold for a while now. Hopefully a customer support person will see this and help rectify the situation.

this happened to me
the Fitbit still vibrates like things are working and on the app it’s syncing steps but It’s like the display screen just died!
i have tried restarting etc and it vibrates the way it would when it reset but obviously I can’t see wha it’s happening with it

The same thing happened to me today at 3:30pm. Just nothing. I can't get through to customer support either. Very frustrating as I use this watch for work in the hospital.
