Black line down on Versa's screen

My Fitbit versa has a black line down the middle of the display. I didn’t hit it or get water on it but hard restarting it did not work.

@kenzie01 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's showing a black line on the display. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, check out if the display stops showing the black line.
