My versa has lines down the screen, I have tried restarting it 3 times,but that doesn't help,what can I do?

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

@JTsqueek, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display is showing lines on the screen. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
After trying the factory reset process that @SunsetRunner shared, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third part clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
