Hi,
Just received my Fitbit Versa today. There is a little thin black mark on the left side bottom near the screen. If I run my nail over it, it feels like rubber. Should it be there at all? Or should I send my Versa back?

Sounds like the screen seal is not installed correctly. Would not think it could be water tight if so.

I am sorry to hear that your Versa has a black mark and would like to know if you can provide me with a picture of it by following the instructions provided in this post?
Now if you want to return the watch, you can do it. If it was purchased from Fitbit.com, check our warranty policy, if you didn't purchase it from Fitbit.com contact the retailer.
