Black screen after factory reset

So I know you guys at fitbit are probably tired of hearing about this flaw in your system where the versa wont sync and online (because you guys have us look online instead of coming to you first 🤷) I read that a factory reset of my versa was the only option that had a chance of working. I also see that you guys decided instead of fixing your mistakes of a buggy update or whatever you did to a perfectly good thing. (note I never had an issue until the most recent update to OS.) You guys are offering 25% offs on a new product!? Im rather frustrated with this whole situation because i actually grew very VERY attached to my versa. Like alot of people, the fitbit versa was my running partner, my workout tracker, my calorie tracker. 

 

Please tell me what is going on and what you can do to help. And dont post the help page cause thats where i went that suggested a FR.

 

Ps: i did the three button and the two button method. So hopefully you guys have a fix.

I just got the new Versa 2.  I ran the latest update as soon as I got it. I’ve used it for 4 days and on Day 2 it goes blank in the middle of the day for no reason. I put it back in the charger and it stays blank for 5-10 min then finally recognizes the charger and turns on. Battery is full and it works again. But that doesn’t help me during the day when it quits. Or like last night it was working when I went to bed at 12am. But it only recorded me sleeping until 6am because that’s when it quit again. I woke up at 8 am to a blank screen again. Put it in the charger, waited 5 min and now it’s working again. I can’t have a watch that only works part of the time. Kinda defeats all the tracking you want to do with a Fitbit. So please advise how to get this fixed!!!!.
