My versa 2 limited edition is not working at all, after swimming the screen went black and the watch is not charging or responding to anything. I got my versa2 in November 14, I have my old Versa an never had a problem at all. Is not first time swimming with my versa2. Please can you help me on what to do or if your warranty covers my watch. Thanks

Any updates bc this happen to line today also! Tried resetting and still black screen.

I called customer service and after fallowed all their instructions like reset and plug the watch still black and not responding they decided to replaced it good thing I was under the warranty and they sent me a new tracker, I had to keep the original bands and charger. I hope you have good luck too and they could fix your problem.
