I updated my Versa and now it has a black screen. I’ve tried charging, cleaning, resetting. Nothing I’ve Contacted Fitbit and they offered 35% off. Are you kidding me?? It was fine before the update. I don’t care if it’s out of warranty, you are paying for a replacement Fitbit!!! I bet Apple or anyone else takes responsibility for their mistakes.
