I have a Versa 2 and it has been great. Today, at some stage the screen has gone off. It has 50% battery but I cannot do anything. Holding the side buttons for a reset does not work. I cannot get it to come back to life. The App cannot locate it. I do not know how to fix this - HELP!!

The same thing literally just happened to me. It’s up to date and 58% charged. Black screen and one green light flashing in the back!
