My Fitbit Versa Lite has black screen and have tried restarting as recommended and nothing happened. Screen still black after the 10sec. also changed the clock face as recommended and still nothing. Please Help...

Sadly, I believe it is dead. This happened to me, ironically, one year ago. My Versa Lite was less than a year old, so I was sent a replacement. The replacement did the same thing yesterday. If the battery is charged you will still receive notifications, but it is a fatal error and muat be replaced.
