I've had my Fitbit 1 year and it appears to be broke. I know it's charged because I checked it on someone else's charger. Screen is black. I tried all the pressing and holding of the buttons as previously directed blah blah blah but it's still dead. What a piece of crap. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ditto! I've had this happen twice both times at 1.5 years of owning watches. First one was the Charge HR and now the Versa. I've tried everything known and nothing works. Customer service couldn't help but offered a discount which is only an extra $10 off the current sale. Very much in the fence of getting ionic vs versa 2 or just switching completely to Apple or Galaxy and trying my luck there. I don't mind paying more as long as I don't have a black screen and have to replace again in 18 months.
