I reset my versa back to factory settings.and since that it hasnt come back on. The screens just black. It was on around 93% when i did the restore, i have tried the 3 buttons, i have tried holding just 2 to resest, ive connected usb to my laptop and i have put on charge. NOTHING is working, its not telling me its charging no lights nothing 😞
please help

Hi @aljcxx Have you tried the 3 button Factory Reset (see below)? Give that a try a few times and hopefully you will get your screen back working. If not all you can donis contact Customer Support
VERSA FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

i have tried everything i have been told too. i also ordered a new charger and tried my partners. so thats 3 chargers that arent wokring. all with different plugs and leads etc
when i press the buttons down sometimes itll pop up with empty battery sign and 0% but just will not charge
