Black screen on Fitbit Versa

Today my screen went black I did the reset but nothing is working. So frustrated. Second one to do this. I'm Done with Fitbit's!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Versa screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you try changing the clock face by following these instructions. Since the issue persist I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
