I have a black screen now on my Fitbit Bursa. I've charged it and still it won't turn on. It's been working fine. But not now. Can anyone let me know what I can do?

Thank you.

Call customer service they will troubleshoot with you...of course if
turning it off and back on...can be difficult to know if the screen stays
black. But you can kinda tell by your app. But if I was guessing it will
have to be sent back. Don't send your wrist band just the Fitbit..they will
give you a bell to print for shipping it didn't take but a couple of days.
Then, my second one got hot when I took off charger so I had to send the
Fitbit and charger and will receive my replacements on Thurs. Been gone for
over a week n half?
I think there might be a Real Quality issue with the Versa...a China man is
laughing his @$$ off at us:japanese_secret_button:👲

I hope yours isn't over a year old..unless you bought extra warranty. I
bought a second hand Fitbit flex 2 and not a problem one! But wanted to
check bpm as I taught water aerobics..if this goes bad, I may look into a
Garmin several students have this seems to be ok.

Good luck

I take it you sent them another email attached to the original and asked how much longer until you receive your replacement? Funny, the first exchange, they didn't want my bad one, the just sent another one out.  Then, the second one got hot within about 2 weeks. When I called I told them, I worked in Quality Control and wondered how they were ever to find out the issues if they didn't take ALL the Fitbit back that have issues. Then they asked for them to be identified which had what problem and send all back, good thing I had kept the first one...just in case.

Connect back with them put " customer pressure" and explain that you are needing it, that's why you bought it and since they have had so long you should get that length in longer warranty.

Let me know how it turns out, curious

Thanks

Rocky

Oh yikes! Fitbit are you reading this?
I have not setup my new one yet. I have some minor issues...but its user headspace.   A matter of making time to do it.  It's not syncing or updating.

Just the Fitbit,  no bands, no charger.   They will send the mailing label as well

It's a quality issue, it will most likely go completely black..hope not but
make a call to Fitbit customer service. If its been less than a year they
will pay for a label and replace it after trying to troubleshoot yours.
Hope this helps

Are they having you send your face and the charger to Ingram micro mobility? That's what they said then the chat got disconnected and I'm a little leery just sending my stuff.

Me Too! I teach water aerobics and use my charge 2 for back up but it
doesn't give me beats per minute/ heart rate, nor instant feedback to
share, ECT!
Good luck n keep moving be safe on the road...no speeding in these shoes.

Not sure where I sent it.  I just said a little prayer, glued the return label and dropped in the mail.  Then bugged them every other day 🤣🤣🤣.
