Black screen on Fitbit versa

I have a black screen now on my Fitbit Bursa. I've charged it and still it won't turn on. It's been working fine. But not now. Can anyone let me know what I can do?

Yeah...unless you bought extended warranty you are stuck. If you have a
versa, these are extremely higher in poor quality for what they claim. I
teach water aerobics and my arms are never more than 3-4 ft in water,
which I bought since it claims water resistant up to 30 meters..hogwash in
my 1 yr sent back 4* charger sent back 2*...think they have a engineering
flaw or sabotage took place knowing They were getting bought. Either way
I am so sorry. I suggest to look into a Garmin, there are a few students
with those a battery change about 2-3 years and they shower. Swim,
aerobics, walk ect in them...and i know of 3 ,years they claim they have
had it 5+ years..

I have the same issue with my current Versa. This is my second Versa. I had the same issue with my first one, black screen.  The screen went black after I accidentally had it on in my pool. Even though you should be able to swim with it on. They want to give me a 20% discount on a new one since my warranty is over. I wish they would stand behind their product. If it is faulty, they need to address it and fix the issue.

I teach water aerobics and my arm never more than 2-3 ft of intermittent
water...these just are junk..i got mine changed out 3 x in one year, and
the last time I think they sent me a new one..i don't shower in it or get
it wet its lasted almost 6 months. But. The whole reason I bought it was
to check heart rate in water exercise...
I suggest the Garmin, I have student that has used hers for 6-7 yrs, seems
it just needs a battery every 2 years.
