I have a black screen now on my Fitbit Bursa. I've charged it and still it won't turn on. It's been working fine. But not now. Can anyone let me know what I can do?

I have the same issue with my current Versa. This is my second Versa. I had the same issue with my first one, black screen. The screen went black after I accidentally had it on in my pool. Even though you should be able to swim with it on. They want to give me a 20% discount on a new one since my warranty is over. I wish they would stand behind their product. If it is faulty, they need to address it and fix the issue.
