Black screen on Versa 2

My Fitbit still works but the screen is black. I’ve tried changing clock face as recco but no success. I’ve had it less than a year. I can look at phone for stats etc but need to see messages, time etc

can you help.

Will yours sync?  I’m having the same problem but mine won’t sync either.
