Yesterday, my Versa Lite watchscreen went black. I have had this watch for less than a year. I can still feel vibrations when I receive a notification or charge it, but nothing shows on the screen. I have tried charging it for a long period of time, changing my clockface to a Fitbit clockface, and resetting my watch. I have also contacted Fitbit help. They told me to do some of the things I said previously, but then the chat ended because I had to go back into my app and I could not get back into the chat. I tried once again to change my clockface, and now my Fitbit app tells me I need to re-setup my watch. When I do this I plug it into its charger, then it connects to my Bluetooth, but then it asks for the 4 digit code on my watchscreen and no code is shown because my screen in black. I am at a loss of what to do, and at this point, I would like to personally ask the employees of Fitbit to send me a new watch because mine is completely broken. Thank you

I also cannot update my watch because I cannot set up my watch BECAUSE MY SCREEN IS BLACK
