Black screen on Versa

Bought my Versa in May and it has worked great until yesterday when I got a black screen and the temperature of the watch got hotter than normal.

 

This seems to be a ongoing issue with this watch from the looks of all the similar posts with this problem. 

 

Is there something I can do to fix my watch?

However, since you mentioned that your Versa's temperature got hotter, I'll forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution.
