Black screen on Versa

I have a 3 year old Versa. All of a sudden the screen has gone black. My app recognizes it for battery power but it no longer tracks anything.and screen will not power up. If try to sync app on phone says it is doing it, finds the Versa.  When press the left and bottom right button on it the screen will turn less black for a moment...then nothing.  I let the Versa go dead and fuly charged it...nothing.  looked for missing updates, app says all up to date.   Is my Versa dead😭

My Versa 2 started acting weird about an hour ago as well. It only shows my homescreen and turns black when I press the menu button. I can't scroll left, right, up or down either. Our problems seem to be similar. No notifications coming through either.

My Versa 2 stopped working middle of the day yesterday.  It wont charge, wont sync, just flashes the fitbit logo.  It's only 6 months old.  It's got to be on their end...I have the android app.  Fingers crossed they work out the issue they say they have with Androids.
