Black screen on brand new Versa 2.

My brand new versa 2 has a black screen. This has happened multiple times and after I hold the button for 3-5 minutes it will turn back on.  This has happened since purchased in March 2021 multiple times. Now I can’t get it to turn on.  Help please!  Thank you in advance!

@Mdance @Ka0877 @Moon419 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel since the screen of your Fitbit watches have gone black and won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please confirm if you guys have restarted your watches as advised in this help article.
