Black screen on my Versa 2

I have had my Versa 2 for less than 3 months. I now have a black screen and can not access any data on my watch. I've trying holding the Back Button on the watch for several seconds but this does not work. What else can I do?

  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
