My versa is under 2 weeks old. Put it on this morning and only top 2 mm of screen is displaying anything. The rest is black. Can't perform a factory reset because I cannot see the visual clues. Still sending data etc to my phone.

Hi, if you want to do a factory reset, this is possible by pressing and holding All Three Buttons together untill you feel a strong vibration and then release only the right lower button. Before doing that, I would suggest to contact Customer Support first, maybe they send you a replacement. The other reason for not directly performing a FR, is that your Versa is reset to Factory Settings and, thus, behaves like it's never been used before and you will need to do that all over again.

Same thing here this morning. I can’t do a reset or anything... have tried so many times. This is my third versa since they came out. I am done with fitbit
