Black screen, restart button off, won't charge

Hello! Yesterday my versa 3 started out of nowhere to vibrate without new notification and alternating on screen images of some older notifications and a part of the menu. After this episode, the screen turned black, but still vibrating. i tried restart (+when charging) with no succes, the button for restart is unresponsive. the device it's not charging and it is not recognised not even by the computer.

Hi @iulia-ana  - seems like something crashed and it's not charging [a common issue], so the battery may now be flat.

Check each of the parts in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen to resolve the charging problem.

Once you can start it, it may recover, if not try a Shutdown from the watch menu. Wait 10 seconds before placing it on the charger to start it and charge it.

What may have caused the crash is the clock face so consider switching to another [ Fitbit one preferably ].

i can hear the connection sound with the computer, but then, a second
after, it makes the disconnect sound.
do you still recommend to change the cable charger?

@iulia-ana  - if the watch terminals are clean then yes.

It's obviously not making a good connection would be the first choice as this happens frequently.
