My fitbit versa had a black screen,has 100% battery. When i try to resette you see a little bit of light ...thats it .and the black screen Stays ...i can not go to settings on my fitbitt becausr the screen is black .

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa has a black screen while being fully charged. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue by doing a restart. I recommend switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face by following the steps in this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Sometimes users experience similar issue if the device's firmware is not updated. Please try to update your watch by following the steps in this help article. Follow the troubleshooting instructions if you experience any difficulties: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

I am having the same problems.
Yesterday morning i found my fitbit versa 2 screen black.
I went on the forum and tried all the steps out there including switching the clock face to a fitbit one. NO RESULTS. The watch does sync and charge fine. But useless when the screen is all black.
Please help...
