Black screen / wont turn on

My Fitbit is lighting up but the screen is black. It is still syncing and it is full charged. Dont know what to do

Hi @Nogburn Try restarting it several times and see if that fixes it. If not, p,ease come back here.

I have done this as well. I have also tried keeping it on the charger and changing the watch faces.

@Kalirose thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up on the screen issues that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
