Hi. I noticed a small black spot on my versa’s screen a few months ago. But I noticed that it’s getting bigger and is already affecting the display. Anyone else experienced this?

@Yenglozano, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it shows a black spot on the screen.
After restarting your watch as @SunsetRunner advised, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, monitor your Fitbit Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep @SunsetRunner and me posted on the outcome! 😀

I have the same issue with my Versa 2. Started as a tiny black blob on the lower left side of the screen. It's growing weekly. I didn't damage it. It's not scratched or banged up. I contacted Fitbit customer service. After trying to trouble shoot it the best they could do was offer me 25% off on a new one. I purchased mine in December 2018. Paid $200.00. Seems like very poor customer service on a problem that appears to be wide ranging. I would hope that Fitbit would stand behind their product when it's obviously a design fault.

Hi @Irenealmeida, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.
I'm sorry to hear about the issue that your Versa screen developed. I'm also sorry to hear that your Versa is no longer under warranty. I totally understand how you feel about this and we really appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.
